Find Your CP# (Serial Number)

Enter the 7-digit CP/Serial Number of the boiler to obtain the manufacturing date and any associated information on the product, beginning with the letters ‘CP’. If the CP# includes only 6 digits, enter a leading zero after the letters ‘CP’, e.g. CP0123456. This look-up will not give manufacturing information for any other Williamson-Thermoflo product but boilers.

If your CP# is not found and you need the age of the unit, call the Warranty department at 1-800-736-2378, Option 3.
